This position is responsible for making contact with and assisting our Allstate agents as well as supporting the Allstate Regional Sales Teams with business administration and increasing agent awareness of the value of selling our products. In addition, this position will assist in the development of a team whose primary focus is driving premiums and providing personalized service and training to the Allstate Channel. Qualified candidates will have at least 3+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience. Must be computer literate with good communication skills both written and verbal. Have the ability to multi-task and problem solve as well as being a TEAM player. A high school degree is required.
