Working closely with Training Management, they define program objectives and are responsible for resolving all design and content issues. Manages authoring tools by creating standards, templates and training to create ease of project instruction and implementation with emphasis on ToolBook. Performs technical design and implementation of Sales Training Learning Center systems as well as design and support for classroom needs and future e-learning courses as required including delivery of said items in a Trainers role. Defines technical objectives and resolves all design and content issues within the Sales Training unit. Designs education and training programs, e-learning modules and in-class presentations covering wide ranges of topics, practices and skills. Disassembles the knowledge of content experts and reconstitutes it in the form of a sales training programs. Measures performance to gauge success of systems and programs and oversees the Sales Training Learning Center process. Maintains data integrity by using advanced experience with systems controls, processes, reporting tools, and audit requirements. Converts technical information into user-friendly instructional and communication material. Assists with the transfer of knowledge of technical skills and participates in solving more challenging technical problems. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. 2-5 years of related work experience. Experience in sales training technology or Learning Management Systems. Experience with systems controls, processes, reporting tools, and audit requirements in maintaining data integrity. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to a continually changing and fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Advanced skill with Microsoft Office products. Experience with ToolBook. Ability to meet travel requirements. Ongoing attendance at upgraded sales training opportunities. In-depth knowledge of adult instructional learning approaches and ability to create innovative solutions for workplace learning. Compensation and Benefits The starting salary range will be $46,080 to $57,600 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
