Requirements:

 

·  Previous sales experience.  Previous Insurance Sales experience a plus.

·  Previous sales management experience.

·  The ability to lead and motivate sales reps a must.

·  Goal oriented with a positive attitude

·  Customer service focused

·  An entrepreneurial spirit

·  Excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people

·  Active Life/Health Insurance license, or willing to obtain one
