Job Description:Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Attend local events, seminars, conferences to increase your sales base. Weekly office visits to our clients to drop off and receive new assignments. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This position would service accounts throughout California, with the majority being in the Sacramento/ Bay Area.

Potential candidates should have a strong background in sales and/or marketing. Workers’ Compensation Insurance experience is desired, but not required. In addition, to succeed in this role, candidates should have the following:
 College graduateMust be self motivatedExperienced in customer service, and meeting sales goalsOutstanding written and verbal communications skills, including proposals and presentations.An ability to work independently or in a team environment and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced business environment.A strong sales background with demonstrated success in selling a service.Must possess exceptional sales techniques and solid closing skillsExcellent computer skills including MS Office SuiteA self-starter with a strong work ethic.
