Overview:
The Senior Trainer will, plan, organize, and direct a wide range of in-house training activities. This individual will conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the –job training for new and existing employees. The Senior trainer will work closely with the Director of Training and Development, department Managers and representatives.
Summary:The Senior Trainer will provide training to customer service and in-house sales departments. Training consists of product knowledge, customer service and sales, soft skills, systems training, process and procedure and other training as needed Work closely with Director of Training & Development, department managers, representatives and selected subject matter experts to assess gaps in current training programsDevelop new training materials and analyze and adapt existing training materials as necessaryEvaluate and update training programs to ensure staff training needs are being addressedDesign new hire training programMonitor calls and provide feedback and coachingDevelop training measurements as they relate to the job requirementsMonitor, evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training as it relates to the job responsibilities and ensure that all training programs are continuously improved to set the highest quality standardsDeliver presentations and classroom instruction in support of company initiativesWork with employees on development and refining of skills
Qualifications:
