Research Specialist

The InterPlan Research Specialist (RS) is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality by providing information and/or initiating appropriate corrective actions to resolve customer inquiries based on a thorough and comprehensive understanding of BCBSVT contracts, policies, systems and procedures. This position works closely with our other departments to address customer concerns, and to communicate feedback to customers. This position requires maintaining the absolute confidentiality of member and provider information.  This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at BCBSVT, an employer named as one of The Best Places To Work In Vermont!
