Regional Vice President - Employee Benefits Sales

If you have a solid success record in Employee Benefits Group Health Sales, especially one that focuses on working through brokers and TPA's or carriers, you may qualify for this exciting growth opportunity.  You will be bringing to your relationships employee benefits products that are highly competitive and are offered by one of the pioneers and national leaders in this field.

The position requires that you have an entrepreneural bent, that is, you will enjoy the freedom and autonomy that comes with managing your own region and working from your home.  Because travel is required, proximity to an airport is very helpful, living in or near a hub is ideal.

You will direct business in the following Southeast territory:  Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, Kentucky and others, with the focus of your accounts being in the Florida/S. Georgia geographic areas.

Prefer someone living in FLORIDA OR ATLANTA (but not limited to).  Must reside in SOUTHEAST territory

This is a growth opportunity, offering not only lateral but also horizontal growth as you continue to grow your territory.  An AVP is on board to strengthen your market penetration as well is a team of support staff that is very responsive to your needs and the needs of your clients.

Ability to work effectively with PC's and computer related communication vehicles (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is important as is the ability to address groups with ease.

Reports to the Vice President of Sales and provides coaching to sales management is your territory.

You must have working knowledge of Employee Group Medical products, Section 125 and HSA's preferred.

A full four year Bachelor's degree is required.

There will be a base salary and commissions and a full benefit package.
