The Regional Manager is also responsible for coordination of inter-regional office workflows and the hiring and management of staff within parameters of the overall regional budget developed by this position. Duties include:• Directs management team to meet and exceed company established Quality, First Call Resolution and Service Standards• Participates in the management of national inter-regional workflow• Develops and maintains the regional budget• Participates with other managers to continually improve processes to meet and exceed customer needs/expectations• Collaborates with other AIGAA departments to meet cross functional objectives• Develops staff and ensures development occurs across all levels• Monitors the CSR interview selection process and interviews when applicable• Monitors the work environment and develops action plans around opportunity areas• Performs general management duties as defined by AIGAA• Performs other duties as requestedWhat we require:• Bachelors Degree• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in insurance industry, call center or customer service• Excellent Word, Excel, Access, Power Point skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Drive and passion for continuous improvementAbout AIG: American International Group, Inc.
