Production Support Analyst

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:
Production Support Analyst
Location : Madison, WI
Project Comments:
Provide second level support, expert time and mentoring to application developers on the use of development tools and technology.
Requisition Comments:
Primary Skills Required:
- Extensive Java & Visual Basic development and tool support experience (MyEclipse and JBoss experience a plus)
- Web Services experience (XFire, XML, SOAP, and ESB)
- Other tool experience (WAS, JBoss, Toad, SQL Navigator, ANT, XMLSpy, JProbe, etc.)
Desired Skills:
1. Java Mentoring
2. Tool support
3. Technical Support
Primary Tasks:
Provide advanced technical expertise to I/S on the selection and use of development tools and technologies, especially web services. This includes researching and supporting tools, and supporting and mentoring applications technology teams regarding tools and technology.
1. Support of Existing Software Engineering Tools (upgrade versions, answer questions, mentor, and documentation)
2. Support of Applications Technology Projects (code reviews, tool mentoring)
3. Research and Selection of New Software Engineering Tools & Technologies
1/3 support, 1/3 research and development and 1/3 project work (temp duty to other application development areas).
