Production Specialist
Position Overview:
Â
The Production Specialist is a full-time, entry-level position with potential for promotion. Initial pay will be $12-$14/hr, and demonstrated ability and commitment will determine suitability for greater responsibility and pay.
Â
The Production Specialist fulfills the various tasks involved in the production of reports for insurance investigation cases. The specialist is primarily responsible for compiling, assembling, and submitting case reports to clients. Secondary responsibilities include interacting with clients concerning cases, checking facts, obtaining documents, and general dataentry.

A similar position is offered as an internship as well.

Position Requirements:
Â
The ideal candidate has, or is working toward, a bachelor's degree in English, History, or another communication- and analysis-intensive field. An excellent command of the English language is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is a plus. The candidate should have impeccable organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a small-team environment.
Â
In addition, the candidate must be familiar with both Mac and Windows operating systems, the standard array of business equipment, and have demonstrated mastery of the following software applications:
 Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Powerpoint Microsoft Outlook/Entourage Adobe Acrobat

Familiarity with the following software applications a plus:
 Adobe Photoshop Final Cut Pro Sage TimeSlips

No prior job experience required. Training will be provided.
