We are currently seeking a Premium Processor for our Account Services Department in our Home Office.
Responsibilties include:Process incoming monies received via agents, regular mail and other sources. Apply payments according to the researched account information found and calculate customers' remittance accurately. Manually and/or with automation systems, prepare and process remittance data and payments.
Requirements:High School Diploma and a minimum of zero to three years related experience Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Word
