Pharmacy Technician

Full-time pharmacy technician is needed in growing consulting firm starting immediately.  Pharmacy Outcomes Specialists assists large corporations and managed care organizations with their pharmacy benefit programs.  Responsibilities include daily report generation to determine claim outliers using a database inquiry program.  Based on report information, the pharmacy technician would call pharmacies to determine if data was input correctly by retail pharmacies. Pharmacy technician would follow-up on a daily basis to ensure pharmacies reversed claims submitted in error.  Savings data regarding reversals would be transferred to an Excel database.  Candidate must be responsible, personable, enjoy talking on the phone and be extremely organized and thorough.  Travel will be required.

Pharmacy technician program enrollment and/or retail experience required.
