Personal Lines Underwriting Supervisor
Auto & Property insurance company located in Valencia is seeking a personal lines underwriting supervisor. The compulsory qualifications include a minimum of 3 years company level experience in supervising a team or group of personal automobile or property insurance underwriters, and strong written/ verbal communication skills.
The position requires auditing of employee production, objective employee evaluation with respect to job performance, the development of action plans to improve employee performance and administration of remedial or disciplinary action when needed.
Familiarity with policy forms and the ability to interpret and communicate policy language to subordinates when necessary is also a plus. Attention to detail, reliability and punctuality are a necessity. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes medical insurance, dental plan and a 401K plan.
