Allegis Group, Inc. - Corporate Location: Des Moines, IA 50310 Salary: USD 29,800.00 /year Position Type: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Customer Support/Client Care Personal Lines Service Representative Job Description: Our client in Des Moines is currently seeking at Personal Lines Service Representative to join their team full-time. Shifts for this position will vary from 9:30am - 6:00pm to 12:30pm - 9:00pm. It will be a direct placement with our client. This individual will learn to service property/casualty insurance business via direct (inbound) telephone and/or Internet contact with current customers and agents in multiple states. They will also learn to provide counseling regarding insurance needs and product availability. Some follow up with clients may be necessary in order to obtain certain required documents and payments. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of a high school diploma and preferred to have past insurance experience. This individual should also have strong verbal and computer skills in order to effectively communicate information to insurance customers. This position will be in a call center environment and will require the individual to be sitting for extended periods of time.
