COLLINS area.  Primary Responsibilities Include: Selling of all Personal Lines Insurance products Pursuing, closing sales and retaining the client on renewal. Cross-selling from a referral Referring clients for the sale of other insurance and non insurance products provided by other divisions of CFC. It is critical that the Agent recognize the value of the CFC Brand and treat leads referred from other divisions of CFC in a proprietary manner  A Successful Candidate Will Have:High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Current Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license is required. We ARE willing to consider candidates new to the Insurance Industry however a valid insurance license is required prior to hire. Must be self motivated with a focus on achieving high levels of production. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems preferred.
