Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993. To take loss reports and to handle specific aspects of non-complex auto/property claim files. Interacts with customers and vendors. Responsibilities: Maintain positive customer relationship Planning and Organizing Comply with management instructions on non-complex, non-technical claims As directed, input appropriate date into system Follow up on the various control listsHours for the position are Monday - Saturdays from 11:15 am - 8:00 pm (working Saturdays are required). A comp day during the week is given in lieu of the Saturday worked. Our ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or GED, and 1 year or more customer service experience. Computer skills are essential. We look for the ability to be a self-starter, work independently, excellent time management skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
