Payroll Representative

 

StoneMor Partners, LP is located just outside of Philadelphia, PA.  We have 282 locations in 29 states and are a leader in the cemetery and funeral industry.  We now have an opening at our corporate office for full time Payroll Representative.

 

Processes all new hire paperwork by manually keying the information into Ceridian.  Also, responsible for inputting any employee changes into the payroll system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities:

§ Keys into Ceridian system all new hires and changes for locations.

§ Keys all hours into the Ceridian system for the appropriate locations.

§ Completes all commission adjustments into the CARLIB system for sales bonuses and weekly adjustments.

§ Enters commissions into Ceridian system.

§ Medical reimbursements.

§ Employment/unemployment verification forms.

§ Calculates vacation pay for sales managers and counselors.

§ Calculates training pay for sales counselors.

§ Prepares checks and reports for distribution.

 

 

Skills:  (Specific abilities necessary to perform essential functions in a satisfactory manner.)

§ Ceridian experience is a PLUS.

§ Multi-Line phone skills required.

§ Ability to process paperwork in a timely manner

§ Sufficient typing skills to help complete reports and memos to field personnel.

§ Ability to create and organize filing systems.

§ Demonstrated customer service skills.

 

 

Education and/or Experience:

High School equivalency required with some other education or experience preferred in related areas such as Human Resources, Business, and/or Customer Service.
