Law Clerk Opening!! Insurance Defense civil litigation law office in Thousand Oaks seeks second -third year law school graduate/student to work flexible part-time schedule during school year.
Duties include: drafting responses to discovery, law and motion, legal research, summarization of discovery responses and medical records.
Candidates should have strong legal writing and research skills, Lexis Nexis, Microsoft Word and Outlook experience. Prior work experience preferred but not required.
