USAA is currently seeking a talented Part Time - Member Relationship Specialist III for our Phoenix, AZ location. As a Part Time - Member Relationship Specialist III for USAA's Policy Services division, you will provide outstanding customer service in an inbound environment while ensuring that every member feels valued. You will provide individual policy service to our members on existing auto and property policies as appropriate. You will also work with members to determine their individual needs and then suggest the most appropriate product(s) and/or service offerings. Qualified candidates need to possess: High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of customer contact and/or sales experience and/or 60 college credit hours and/or successful completion of military services and/or 1 year of customer contact experience plus 30 college credit hours. Acquisition and maintenance of applicable licenses. Ability to build customer rapport through effective communication skills. Ability to provide appropriate solutions to our members based on individual needs. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate Internet and basic computer applications. Ability to work varying shifts Monday - Friday between 4:00pm - midnight, Open availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Ability to work approximately 20 hours/week, 5 days/week, including all holidays. Preferred experience includes: College degree. One year of financial services. One year of call center experience. This role does include a shift pay premium for hours worked after 6pm.
