Preparation of pleadings and motions; conducting discovery, including obtaining records and reviewing documents; interviewing clients; preparing trial materials; conducting legal research -- all while under the direction and supervision of a licensed attorney Monitors and maintains compliance with Claim Litigation Management System - Team Connect Meaningful experience in a litigation setting; prior insurance defense experience preferred Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Internet, and other web-based applications The ability to accurately process a variety of tasks, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Possesses effective communications skills necessary to interact with coworkers, clients, claims partners and outside vendors A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and quality **Personal injury experience preferred Must meet the following requirements: Four year college degree OR Two year college degree WITH one year of prior paralegal experience. Paralegal Certificate preferred.
