Prepares draft pleadings and discovery documents for the trial attorneys' review. Handles litigation files as directed. Maintains electronic legal research software and law library. Job Qualifications:Associate Degree or equivalentMust have 2 or more years of Construction Defect Litigation Experience1. Insurance defense litigation experience required.2. PC literate with working knowledge of Windows software and a through knowledge of computerized legal research software.3. Experience in Case management.4. Research skills.5.
