Major Duties and Functions Include: Ensures operational excellence through the identification, prioritization, and implementation of projects that meet strategic, tactical, market, and customer demands. Identifies and resolves project interdependencies, overlaps and integration concerns across the enterprise. Develops and implements a consistently deployed approach to multi-disciplinary project management. Supports senior project managers on assigned projects. May oversee a small project or manage phases of larger projects and may assist with small project release management. Independently handles assigned components of the project such as scheduling, cost management, risk management, etc; coordinates activities of the project team. Manages business capitalization activities. Maintains a consolidated list of all projects, key details, and status for easy communication to leaders and overall portfolio tracking and reporting. Facilitates cross-disciplinary project status report out meetings. Assists portfolio manager with resource management tracking and reporting. Performs other related duties as assigned or required. What You Need to Succeed: 1-2 years of experience leading or coordinating small to medium sized projects. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to embrace change with innovation, courage and resiliency. Must have the ability to work independently in a matrix environment. Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint). Effectively recognizes when to escalate issues to senior management for resolution Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build partnerships and foster teamwork Ability to motivate and support project teams Ability to organize and prioritize work to maximize business results Disability Process and Systems expertise desired Some knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle desired Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
