You will maintain spreadsheet on status of requests for PLC inspection services. Assist with PLC's impairment notification program - keying impairment call information into the tracking database and following up on open/outstanding impairment notifications via phone or email. Work on special projects as requested by PLC management and clients. ** Experience Required:High School Diploma.2+ years work experience in administrative and customer service office environment.Strong data entry skills, email experience with Lotus Notes preferred and working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.Excellent telephone and communication skills, conscientious worker and detailed with all areas of work.Strong organizational skills.** Experience Desired:Associates Degree or some college courses.Call Center experience with outbound call center experience preferred.About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
