We are currently seeking an energetic individual to be part of our Management team. This individual will supervise and train our customer service, inside sales people, underwriting and file clerks.  

 

Flexible hours/schedules:Full-time 2 evenings and some Saturdays will be required

 

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in a personal lines insurance agency Minimum 1 year experience in management, individuals coming from a retail environment will be considered.   Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to perform detailed work in a fast paced environment Computer Proficient, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.   Associate’s degree a plus  Bilingual- Spanish speaking a plus
