This position demands a professional with a track record of success; one who is goal oriented and results driven.In the position of Northern Virginia Sales professional you will be accountable for: ** Profitable growth and new business production goals with your assigned agents ** Developing new agents and identifying emerging distribution opportunities in the territory** Developing a sales plan with each assigned agency which includes sales commitments within a specified time frame** Preparing for agency calls by analyzing agency specific data with follow up in a regular agency call report** Serving as focal point for agency and company interaction** Providing analysis and assessment of sales results within assigned territory** Shared responsibility for planning annual objectives for each agency, measuring and monitoring the resultNo overnight travel in territory required.Territory covers Virginia outside the DC metro area, as far west as Winchester and as far south as Fredericksburg.If this sounds like just the role you are looking for, then apply now!
