For more information, visit www.prudential.com This position is responsible for the overall leadership and the management of wholesalers within the Independant Broker Dealer (IBD) Channel. Responsibilities further include: achievement of sales and sales growth goals, customer and prospect penetration and growth, and customer satisfaction. The NSM position is responsible for the professional capabilities and development of the regions wholesaling staff. This includes the wholesaler's product knowledge, technical skills, presentation capabilities and overall sales skills. 5-10 years of sales management and wholesaling experience. Demonstrated abilities to manage and execute a business plan. Demonstrated leadership characteristics including building effective teamwork and team cohesion, building relationships, influencing positively and mentoring. Proven knowledge of the Financial Services industry and products. Demonstrated knowledge of successful sales skills. Excellent coaching, development and training skills. Proven and confident presentation skills and presence. In-depth business acumen. This position will require approximately 70% travel.
