Inbound Sales Advisor

Homesite is a unique and innovative national property and casualty insurance company. Partnering with major insurance carriers and led by a management team with extensive experience, Homesite is carving out a position as a homeowners' solutions provider. 

Responsibilities

· Take inbound sales requests from our partners and customers

· Follow up on quotes offered

· Seek and act on cross sell opportunities

· Complies with Homesite and Insurance industry standards

· Seek out and act on opportunities for continuing education for Property and Casualty licenses.

Core Skills Required

· The ability to handle high volume call center sales atmosphere.

· A complete understanding of closing a sale.

· The ability and drive to sell homeowner’s insurance policies.

· Excellent computer skills

Previous Experience and Education

· College education

· At least 1 year work experience

· Previous sales experience

· Outstanding communication and computer skills

· The ability to multi-task, establish relationships, and work independently

· Previous call center experience a plus

Hours

Flexibility is the key!!! Hours can change at anytime, and you could be asked to work a rotating shift. At this time the hours that we are looking to have candidates work are 12-9 Monday to Friday and Weekends from 9am to 6pm. Your work week would be 5 days.

Compensation, Benefits & BonusesBase- $30K to $36K Uncapped Commission - The average is 15K-25k in 1st year. $2000 upfront bonus for new hires with a current P&C License Benefits start on your first day
