Includes responsibility for recording of all media invoices, including reconciling of invoices against insertion orders and contracts. Coordinates the trafficking of broadcast media, including phone number assignments, traffic instructions and dubbing/shipping of commercials. In addition this position is responsible for miscellaneous media and marketing projects. Run daily, weekly and monthly tracking and expense reports, distribute internally and to media partners- Develop and maintain relationships with media to receive weekly post-logs of media activity.- Update media plans to reflect all actual activity on weekly basis.Assist media planners and buyers in clerical tasks.Skills/ RequirementsRequires a minimum of 1 year advertising experience. Must be computer literate and possess strong excel skills . Microsoft Access and search engine marketing experience a plus. Requires strong analytical and math skills and attention to detail.
