Qualifications:
Education: College Degree, BS/BA preferred. Project Management, Communications and/or Sales/Marketing support skills
Experience: 5-8 years proven Project Management and Program Development principles (e.g. Six Sigma).
Special Skills: Outstanding leadership and passion for making a difference, superior relationship management and negotiating skills, excellent oral and written communications, results oriented, positive attitude, innovative thinker, willingness and ability to work effectively, collaboratively and enthusiastically with others at all levels of the organization. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project Office, a plus), excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrates good judgment, effective decision making skills. Experience in working in and developing Program Management Office (PMO) operations highly desirable

To provide exceptional project management skills to the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer with a high level of professionalism in a fast paced environment. This position will also be accountable to direct the delivery of a myriad of Department change management and marketing programs, working with fellow associates across the UNIFI Corporate and I&RP Division.
Perform all necessary functions related to the Marketing Program Management needs of the CMO. Manages and monitors Dept. budgets & direct reports associated projects. Develops project plans, interacting with Corporate and key Distribution partners (e.g. Field Advisory Council) in various locations, which will require:
• Managing product development processes through all phases, from Idea Generation through Implementation phase.
• Leading the development of detailed design and implementation work plans establishing target dates and end product deliverables.
• Ensure all appropriate functional areas are represented on Product Planning and Design as well as Implementation phases.
• Identify and manage the required development and implementation of Divisional and/or Corporate resources.
• Manage the on-time delivery and within budget development of assigned product development process initiatives.
• Ensure that agreed upon criteria for deliverables related to both process and content are adhered to as part of quality reviews.
• Ensure that defined program objectives are achieved.
Leads the development, coordination and compilation of management reports incorporating data from various authors for the UNIFI Marketing Steering Committee and other Executive Committees, as needed, including distribution of minutes from these meetings.
Developing, preparing, monitoring and updating Department scorecards and performance metrics. Reviewing and analyzing agency visit reports and various Committee minutes, working with CMO & Direct Reports on necessary action items, as needed.
Act as program director for a variety of Dept. projects, including cost-benefit analysis, project planning and field support reporting on a regular basis. Be the key liaison between I&RP Product Managers, Distribution and Marketing Dept. functions in tracking, monitoring and reporting on cross-functional initiatives (e.g. execution of UNIFI Product Portfolio Development program, Life Cycle Marketing Strategies and field communications, sales support and training projects).
