Marketing Manager
Marketing ManagerProvides the marketing aspect of insurance for the most complex of clients. Interprets insurance company guidelines, and performs some rating activities. Designs insurance plans, evaluates needs and recommends coverage's to clients. Surveys loss exposures, needs, and possible uninsurable or difficult to insure exposures for clients. Completes and submits applications and related documentation to appropriate insurance markets. Pre-qualifies new business according to agency standards. Creates insurance proposals, makes sales presentations to existing clients on renewal business. Works with agency personnel and Producers to insure limit and coverage adequacy for clients. Reviews existing policy coverage's at least annually to upgrade and remarket. Negotiates coverage terms and pricing with insurers. · Perform other duties as assigned. Property/casualty license or be willing to obtain shortly after hire and meet bonding requirements. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal staff, customers, and insurance company personnel. Work with a normal amount of supervision. Well organized with an aptitude for details. Five years experience working with all forms of commercial insurance coverages NoIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; basic knowledge of Sagitta
