THE JOB OPPORTUNITY: Marketing Director WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: · Work with Branch Manager and underwriters to conceive, create and execute marketing communications plans for Burns & Wilcox office · Develop and manage successful relationships with retail agents · Mentor and train employees in sales and service · Pursue new business opportunities WE EXPECT THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO: Have marketing and sales experience Have excellent internal customer service skills, driven personality, positive attitude, highly professional conduct and strong business acumen Be highly organized Have proficient project management skills Be technologically savvy and data driven

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 2 years of advertising/marketing experience COMPENSATION Competitive compensation and benefits package available to successful candidates.
