Responsibilities will include: processing submissions, entering info into SalesForce, heavy correspondence, preparing promotional marketing materials, processing expense reports, misc. invoicing, maintaining office supplies, processing and managing timesheets. This position is also responsible for coordinating tickets for sporting events and business, marketing and advertising events. This position will act as the liaison between Branch Manager and staff, as well as support other departments as needed, therefore strong customer relationship skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal are also needed. Candidate must be Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have the ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment.About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
