Currently, we are hiring for an Administrative/Marketing Assistant. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an excellent company with great benefits and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include:
- Creating reports using MS Access and Excel
- Motivating agents through Sales Contests and Incentives
- Working hand-in-hand with District Managers to recruit (placing newspaper ads, coordinating job fair events)
- Weekly motivational newsletters - must have good grammatical skills
- Planning Annual Award Meetings & Some travel Arrangements
- Assist with general office duties: answering phones, copies, faxes, filing, etc.

Requirements include:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access; Basic desktop publishing knowledge
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Must be able to communicate effectively and come in every day with a positive and can-do attitude
- Strong organizational & grammatical skills
- Detail-oriented & Ability to multi-task
- Stable Job History Preferred (more than 1 yr. at each job)
- Degree preferred
