Seeking an outstanding individual to start up anAgency in the Greater Austin Area in partnership with our established Houston Agency.
The Agent will manage the office as well as sell insurance.

We ask that you have a proven record of outstanding sales ability and be Texas licensed or able to get licensed in Property & Casualty and Life and Health. Both licenses are required.
Nationwide Insurance & Financial Services (in partnership with THE MILLER AGENCY in Houston, Texas), a leader in property casualty and financial services products has immediate opportunities for dynamic sales individuals in Austin, Texas.
* This position is a combination of sales and leadership.
· Ramp Up and develop thriving Nationwide Agency
· Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts.
· Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
· Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
· Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Nationwide Insurance standards.
· Create and execute company personal marketing plans
· Act with honesty and integrity
· Become a pillar in your community
Financial Assistance is provided during ramp up to fund agency expenses. (If currently licensed with track record additional funds will be available)
100% of all service work is handled remotely to free up all agents time for prospecting and sales.
Requirements
Must be Licensed Insurance Associate Agent and you will meet the following requirements:
Texas P & C and Life and Health Licensed Drive to Achieve-The ability to set and pursue challenging goals with a high degree of intensity and desire to compete Entrepreneurship-Willingness to be responsible for ones own business as well as a willingness to have the drive to achieve rewards People/Service Orientation-Friendly, Energetic, outgoing, caring and committed to helping people Prior sales experience a must. Must show financial strength and pass back ground Must have experience in managing others (recruiting experience would be added value)
