Mailroom/Tape Librarian

Intersections Insurance Services Inc., a subsidiary of Intersections Inc., (INTX), a leading provider of branded and fully customized identity management solutions, is currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented General Office/ Tape Librarian to support our inbound call center in our Arlington Heights (approximately 35 miles northwest of downtown Chicago) location.

This position will be responsible for:

·         Assisting in ensuring that fulfillment is meeting our high Service Standards

·         Ensure that Standards are being met for recording enrollment confirmations for other departments

·         Develop and maintain relations with TM Vendors

·         Prepare duplicate audio confirmations as requested, adhering to any specific client requirements

·         Perform QA checks on duplicated confirmations to ensure that vendors are following scripts

·         Make sure warehouse remains well organized

·         Gather information quickly and efficiently for Audits

·         Print and mail all issuance material
