Louisiana Insurance Marketing Representative

Southern Casualty Insurance Company is a provider of non-standard automobile insurance to drivers seeking fair-priced insurance coverage with great customer service. At Southern Casualty, our customers, agent-partners, and employees come first.  We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and very friendly Marketing Representative to help grow our product outreach.   

 

The Marketing Representative is responsible for developing and enhancing client relationships with independent agents throughout either Southern and/or Northern Louisiana. This includes: identifying, recruiting, and appointing new agent-customers; promoting the products offered by the company; training agents and agency customer service representatives about our systems, incentive programs, and product niche; and promoting the positive, customer-friendly philosophies of Southern Casualty.  This position serves a vital role in the overall direction and success of our Company.  Not only is our Marketing Team responsible for developing business, we rely heavily on the input and advice given by the Marketing Team to create and enhance product development and offerings. 

 

Qualifications:

  2 + years experience in automobile insurance, either as an agent, CSR, marketing representative, underwriter, or claims representative;  non-standard auto a plus; Strong interpersonal skills including ability to consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and a high energy level; Self motivated and desire to win; Persistent desire to succeed; Knowledge of insurance coverages, policies and procedures; Good computer skills; BI-Lingual communication skills are highly desired, but not required.
