Looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR

Our agency is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle customer service for our niche program business.  Our focus is on maintaining excellent service to clients in a sales culture.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Analyze customer needs and recommend various coverage options

 

·  Retain an assigned book of business 

 

·  Handle telephone requests and correspondence in reference to assigned clients and as needed to cover desks for team.



 

· To service commercial lines accounts as assigned, rating and quoting new and renewal risks, and aiding in collections.

 

· Review applications, renewal requests, and endorsements for compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines.

 

· Meet with clients to discuss and handle their insurance needs as required.

 

· Assist prospects/insureds until a producer is available.

 

 

EDUCATION/BACKGROUND Minimum 3 years experince with Commercial Lines Insurance. Knowledge of Applied Systems a plus. Must be able to work independently and build strong client and company relationships.  Individual must be licensed.  Experience handling large account a plus.  Designations helpful.  Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
