Long Term Care Claims Examiner

The purpose of the LTC Claims Examiner is to review and process Long Term Care claims on the LifePro system in accordance with policy provisions, state mandated regulations and company procedures while meeting time service standards, production goals and quality requirements.

1. Review and process established claims in accordance with policy provisions 70%
2. Respond to correspondence related to claims issues 10%
3. Respond to telephone inquiries related to claims issues 10%
4. Accurately update tracking sheet 10%

High School
2+ years of medical claims experience
