THE JOB OPPORTUNITY: Loan Origination Analyst WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Play an instrumental role in the continued growth of the company by providing world class customer service in the marketing, underwriting, origination and servicing of premium finance loans to insured’s through insurance agents located throughout the country. Perform and enjoy both the loan processing functions as well as the customer service focused marketing function operating independently and as part of a team. Report directly to the Director of Financial Services with indirect reporting lines to the Senior Client Service Representatives.

WE EXPECT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO: Handle inbound telephone, email and faxes from insured’s, insurance agents and underwriters. Deliver timely, world class, customer service to customers Generate and modify premium finance quotes for insurance agents and insured’s Underwrite and originate premium finance loans following up on exceptions and documentation shortfalls as necessary Conduct loan servicing including processing customer payments, dispute resolution, maintenance and account analysis as required Participation on special projects as required Have the ability to travel periodically to represent Royal Premium at trade shows, conferences and agent marketing visits (less than 10%)

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Minimum 2+ years of experience preferably in a customer focused environment of a financial services company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. Proficiency in multiple PC environments including internet browsers, MS Word and Excel and loan origination/servicing software. Must project positive image of self and corporation. Must be well organized, flexible and able to manage many tasks simultaneously while prioritizing by urgency of content. Decisive in dealing with customer problems or issues. Attention to detail in meeting customer requirements and deadlines. Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical abilities. Able to preview, describe and solve problems and their root causes. COMPENSATION Competitive compensation and benefits package available to successful candidates.
