Get in on the ground floor of a new division with a solid stable company. There are currently 4 agents in the group and hopes are to expand to 18 very soon.
Job Store Staffing is a local woman-owned service that specializes in identifying and recruiting highly qualified administrative, customer service, information technology, and accounting professionals at all levels and skills. We are working with our client near Colorado Blvd and I-25 to help recruit for licensed property and casualty insurance agents.
Description:
Receive in-bound warm leads for auto insurance. There is no cold-calling or driving to appointments. Everything is done over the phone. You just need to close the deal and the policy is then passed on to others to maintain.
Requirements:
All you need is to have a property & casualty license and not be afraid to learn. You will be given the tools to make you successful.
Compensation:
Base plus bonus, expect around $35,000 the first year. Excellent benefits are also offered: PTO, vacation, holiday, company paid health for employee, 401k, profit sharing… and opportunities for growth.
