Learn more about our innovative solutions, as well as our network of specialized technologies and customized career paths.  Lender-Service Representative, Associate   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Liaising among the Lender, Regional Office and Relationship Manager·  Addressing issues and continuously improving processes·  Reconciling various reports pertaining to discrepancies between internal Tracking Systems and Lender Tracking Systems·  Receiving, researching and responding to Lenders' telephone, e-mail and/or faxed inquiries·  Processing Reconciliation Reports·  Working with other units within the Regional Office to implement new Processing procedures and improve quality   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  6+ months of related experience·  Ability to use 10-key (by sight)·  Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Working knowledge of AS/400 or related system   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
