LIFE INSURANCE SPECIALIST
Boutique brokerage firm selling to high-net worth clients has an opening in their LIFE INSURANCE division for an administrative assistant/customer service rep with prior experience in LIFE INSURANCE.
Company is seeking an Insurance Specialist to support their business development initiatives. The Insurance Specialist will have the following primary responsibilities :
 Communicate with prospective clients to collect required information and facilitate the insurance application process. Arrange medical examinations and obtain medical records. Prepare applications for client review and signature, as well as home office submission Coordinate the activities of insurance carriers and other financial and legal intermediaries to expedite application submission process. Follow through with underwriting from inception to policy placement Order Life Expectancy Reports and Illustrations Submit payments for APS invoices to Parameds

The prospective candidate requires the following skills and experience:
 Minimum of two to three years of individual insurance experience (knowledge of premium financed transactions, though not required, is strongly preferred). Thrive in a fast-paced and at times demanding environment. Highly-organized with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrable aptitude in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
