Records and Imaging Technician II Primary Responsibilities Include:  Assisting in the processing incoming information Sorting, classifying and coding material for integration into imaging systems Performing all duties associated with document maintenance Retrieving and referencing information for users Maintaining logs and indexes in order to provide information-status for accurate retrieval Inputting paper-work (for all supported departments) into Imaging System Providing paperless files and adhering to the production- and quality-control standards for each unit Performing data entry of corresponding data (i.e. policy number, claim number to scanned documents, etc.) Boxing completed documents for archive and/or disposal Accurately and timely reporting statistics for Manual Processing areas Assisting in the operation and maintenance of the Records Center Sorting, logging and preparing mail for Imaging Systems Scanning and indexing black and white text and color photos to Imaging Applications Electronically and manually identifying and indexing all fax correspondence Pulling and filing both mail and physical claim-folders in Terminal Digit Order Indexing un-identified mail in PICASSO & XYCOR Maintaining current information-status for accurate retrieval Identifying, scanning and indexing Specialty Documents (i.e. legal, return mail, etc.) Receiving internal-customer phone-requests for document Performing mail delivery and pick-up  A Successful Candidate Will Have:  High school diploma or GED 1+ year(s) of related experience Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm and 10-key (by sight) Ability to work well with others Ability to follow directions Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
