POSITION SUMMARY: Reviews and ensures that all DriveTime insurance accounts are reviewed and accounts are properly documented in a timely manner. Coordinates with the insurance companies and customers to get premiums paid in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to provide general guidelines and parameters for the job and are not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed description of the job. The immediate supervisor and the employee should mutually establish detailed job duties and responsibilities. Ensures client/agency conversations are properly notated in the system. Working DriveTime Insurance collections queues – calling past due DriveTime insurance clients. Confers with insurance companies by telephone in attempt to resolve current insurance coverage. Process cancellations notices, premium refunds, and misc. administrative duties. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Call center experience required. Collections experience highly preferred. One year of experience in administrative function. Knowledge of personal computer keyboard and software applications. Ability to communicate effectively, one-on-one with customer. OR Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
