Insurance Product Analyst

Everest Security Insurance Company, a member of Everest Re Group, Ltd., is currently seeking a insurance Product Analyst to fill a position in our Alpharetta GA office. Requirements: Two plus years related work experience, preferably within the auto insurance industry.Ability to complete assigned projects with minimal supervision.Familiar with insurance principals, laws, regulatory environment, underwriting rules and policy coverages preferred.Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point.Proven experience and success in the following: research skills; in-depth analysis (competitive and strategic); problem solving and decision making; organizational and time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines, reporting, charting, and graphing skills.Communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to effectively interface with management, internal staff, and external agents and vendors.Bachelor's degree preferred.Some overnight travel required (15%).Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop, implement, and maintain insurance products, standards, and procedures.Research, collect, and analyze internal data, competitive data, and market data.Develop and maintain policy language and forms.Assist with state filings.Create marketing materials, policyholder notices and internal as well as external communications.Provide ongoing analysis of product performance.Coordinate program development and revisions with the internal technology department and external vendors.Collaborate with multiple departments including Actuary, Legal, Claims, Underwriting, I.T., Marketing, upper management and third-party vendors.
