Insurance Disputed Claims Adjuster

Position is a Desk Adjuster responsible for the direct file handling, ownership, management and adjustment of one of more Disputed Claims arising out of any of the various insurance policies of the client.  Will be working with claims files that include but not limited to pre-suit or statutory mediation, appraisal under the insurance policy language, and/or a lawsuit over an issue or issues arising from the claim. A Disputed Claims Adjuster will provide services to the client as a Mediation Specialist, an Appraisal Specialist or as a Litigation Specialist or in a combination of all of the former.  Must possess the necessary experience, knowledge, training skills and other traits necessary to manage first party Personal and Commercial Line damage, from minor to extreme and third party liability damage.  Must have at least 4 years of insurance adjusting experience.
