Marketing personal lines business and servicing personal lines customers by providing product and service information

Duties:

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern; determine the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

New Jersey P & C License
Â
Minimum of five year experience
Â
Knowledge of rating software and the ability to rate and write new business as well as re-marketing of accounts

Ability to multi-task

Knowledge of applied systems, a plus
