POSITION SUMMARY Position to be filled: Head of DM Design on the National Care Management (NCM) Program Design and Sales Support Team. Effective 1/1/09, the AHC DM program will include 10M eligible members. The size and complexity of the DM program requires an experienced Program Design Lead who will work independently to: I. Lead the design, development and implementation of enhancements to the existing DM program including efforts such as linkages with PHR, customized communication to members and methods to improve member engagement a. Lead ongoing quality improvement review and collaborate with Operations to implement operational improvements b. Lead initiatives to design and conduct focused audits, review metrics and operational reports and, based on findings, develop design changes to continuously improve program operations c. Serve as a central contact for prompt and accurate resolution of operational, interdepartmental or sales concerns and questions related to the DM program d. Develop content for national policies and procedures related to the effective operation of DMII. Lead the efforts to provide business system requirements related to DM program design and enhancements to the NCM System Support team a. Provide SME involvement in the development and implementation of ATV b. Support the migration of Operations from Active Advice to ATV c. As part of the design and enhancement of the DM program, develop business system requirements as neededIII. Develop training materials a. Develop clinical content for training materials needed to ensure effective implementation of new programs and enhancements to existing DM program c. Assists in implementing national training programs as neededIV. This position will supervise 2 other DM Team members in fulfilling the above functions. Required Skills: EDUCATION The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
