Group Disability Claims Manager for Leading Insurance Company!
Do you have 5+ years of STD / LTD claims experience? Have you demonstrated success in developing people?
Major Insurance and Financial Services company has an Excellent Salary, Bonus and Benefits Package for the right individual.
Job Responsibilities:
Set the direction for an Integrated Disability Region; Develop and maintain close customer ties and keep Disability Team's priorities in focus with the desires and expectations of the customer; Recruit, hire and develop Disability Supervisors and Benefit Specialists; Make presentations to Brokers, Employers and Clients (both existing and potential).
Qualifications:5+ years of STD / LTD Claims experience; Management experience required; Working knowledge of Strategic and Tactical Business Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Auditing techniques, etc.; Completion of Group AHIP, LOMA, ICA and other industry courses are a plus.
