Group Benefit Analyst
Delta Dental of Illinois provides leading-edge dental benefit programs and comprehensive, single-site plan administration from our Lisle, Illinois office. We believe in making investments in our employees and that empowering them will create customer and employee satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a Group Benefit Enrollment Analyst to be responsible for maintaining claim processing procedure and policy tables, as well as researching and analyzing system issues reported by internal staff.
Key responsibilities include: Build new groups into system, including tables, policies, denials, and accumulators.Identify and research system abnormalities and assist the on-site systems support staff in their solutions.Perform review and client acceptance testing of system enhancements.Complete duplication analysis for marketing group prospects. Work closely with Professional Review to ensure we are following proper guidelines. Work closely with Contract Compliance to ensure contracts are accurate.
Requirements include:2+ years work experience in the dental insurance industry, including knowledge of group benefit plan design.Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical team members and business users. Excellent problem solving abilities and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
